What this site stores
The site saves one preference in your browser’s session storage after you dismiss the “we don’t want your email” message. Its entire purpose is to avoid showing you the same interruption again during that browser session. It is not sent to SMID and does not identify you.
What this site does not collect
There is no email signup, visitor account, contact form, behavioral advertising, session replay, heat map, fingerprinting, or social-media embed.
Ordinary hosting logs
The hosting provider may create standard server logs for security, reliability, and technical operation. SMID does not use them to build advertising profiles.
Email and checkout
The contact link opens your own email service. If you choose to write, your email provider and ours process that message.
Checkout may ask for information needed to complete an order, such as your name, email address, shipping address, payment information, and order details. The payment provider may process payment information instead of SMID storing it directly.
SMID uses order information only as reasonably necessary to process payment, fulfill and ship the order, send transaction-related messages, provide customer service, handle refunds or order problems, and meet tax, accounting, or legal obligations.
Buying something does not put you on a marketing email list. SMID does not sell customer information or use purchase information for targeted advertising.
